An AI powered personal assistant for normies.

You email in your thoughts. It saves them to your own files, and over time surfaces what is worth acting on. That is the whole thing.

Why this exists

I built this for myself first.

I capture a lot. Notes, photos of whiteboards, ideas at 1am, articles I swear I am going to read. For years all of it went into a pile I never went back to.

I wanted to get strategic about what I collect instead of just collecting it. It has been running my life for a few months now, and it works well enough that I would like to hand it to a few friends.

Sound familiar

You probably already do some version of this.

  • You email yourself links so they do not disappear.
  • You copy yourself on emails to keep hold of the thread.
  • Your notes app has four hundred notes in it and you have reopened maybe twelve.

You already have a filing system. This one lets you do more with it.

What I believe

Your stuff stays yours.

  • You own it. Google Drive is the personal cloud today. Everything lands in your own Drive.
  • I cannot see it. Neither can anyone else. Google's APIs enforce that, so the rest of your cloud stays invisible.
  • You can leave whenever. Stop using memvault and all your files already exist in your own Drive. Nothing to extract, nothing to migrate.

What you get back

Your ideas, synthesized and ready to act on.

  • Email it in. A thought, a photo, a PDF. One address, no app to open.
  • It gets filed. Works out what the thing is and where it goes, saves it as a plain text file.
  • It comes back with actions. LLMs read what you have collected and tell you what is worth acting on, in a daily and a weekly digest.

This gets better the longer you use it. Once there is a real body of your own material in there, the connections it surfaces start being ones you would not have made yourself.
